The money back guarantee applies to any SleepCreme product purchased on a SleepCreme website. The guarantee pertains to the product only and not to promotional or sample items.

Refunds are limited to first single purchase only, and must be requested within 30-days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund bulk / multiple orders. In the event that a refund is requested on a multiple item order, we will refund the highest priced unit. 

To initiate the return process, you can do so via the original confirmation of purchase email, or contact us at support@sleepcreme.com. We will then forward a return label as requested. Refunds will be processed according to the original purchase method, once the returned product arrives back to our facility.

Products purchased from third party resellers, outlets or physical locations must be returned to the original place of purchase, and refunds are at their discretion.

Subscriptions: If the order includes a subscription, it must be canceled within 30 days. We cannot honor refunds on renewed (lapsed) subscription orders.
