Adding SleepCreme products to my nightly routine has turned into a ritual of calm! I have tried the Rose, the Pro, and now the 5K, and loving each product. The 5k I use a smaller amount and sleep like a baby. It is NOT a sedative, but an enjoyable part of my "wind down" before bedtime. And it's great for my skin too! I highly recommend SleepCreme.
